Our restaurant with its bright and airy feel opened in April 2012. We offer a lovely choice of meals on our menu from good old pub classics to dishes with a difference as well as a regularly changing specials board. Our food is homemade and we like to use local produce.
Our butcher sources most of his meat from South West farms.
Our children's menu offers a good choice that should suit even the fussiest child.
We serve food Monday-Saturday 12 - 2p.m.(Last orders takenfor food at 1.45pm) and 6.30 - 9.00p.m(Last orders taken for food at 8.45pm
We now close once a month on the last Sunday evening and all day of the Monday, unless it falls on a Bank Holiday!!! Sorry, but we all need a break!

Our well stocked bar has a great choice of perfectly kept real ales from local and national breweries.
We are in the current Good Beer Guide and C.A.M.R.A awarded us West Dorset Rural Pub of the Year 2012.
We also carry a unique range of lagers (Peroni, Fosters, Carlsberg and Amstel) and ciders as well as a good choice of quality wines, spirits and soft drinks.

Families are welcome and children can let off steam in the play area (Not in the bar or restaurant, please) Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the bar and the garden; just ask for some water if they're thirsty too!
We organise a variety of events from themed food nights and charity quizzes to live music.
